This cooking vessel was found nearby the "Sea of Galilee Boat," an ancient fishing boat discovered in Israel on the Sea of Galilee. The cooking pot was identified as a type of pot that had earlier been catalogued. The pot was determined to be of the Arabic "Kfar Hananya Form 3A and it's age was placed at mid-first century BCE, and mid-second century CE
